They pick ingredients carefully and use only the freshest and natural ones to prepare every dish, and have been trying to cook them in a healthier way to provide the most nutritious food. This year, it has been honored as a winner of Top 100 Asian Restaurants, at the 9th Annual Top 100 Asian Restaurant Awards Ceremony. This is the second time the restaurant got this honor. The first was in 2010. Held in Newark, California, on February 16, 2013, this awards show was an all-day event that housed over 300 restaurateurs and chefs from all across America, Canada and China. Honorable guests included Congress Member Judy Chu, Smithsonian Representative Cedric Yeh, Celebrity Master Chef Martin Yan, Newark Mayor Alan Nagy, Fremont City Mayor Bill Harrison and top Chinese restaurant chain representatives, including marketing partners from P.F. Chang's.
